• Refined vision. Building on the initial concept, we present updated mood boards and incorporate detailed plans for the space.

• Elevating the design. Technical drawings like plans and elevations bring your vision to life.

• Bespoke touches. We begin designing unique joinery elements tailored specifically for your space.

• Visualising the space. You get a realistic picture of your project with 3D visuals (professional CGIs available for an additional charge).

• Curating the details. Initial selections for furniture, equipment, lighting and fixtures set the design direction.

DEVELOPED DESIGN:

• Collaborative efforts. We connect with architects, main contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Detailed drawings package. We create a comprehensive set of drawings that guide the construction process.

• Bespoke joinery takes shape. We finalise the design of your unique joinery elements, collaborating with skilled joinery makers.

• Bringing it together. Final selections for furniture, equipment, lighting and fixtures complete the design vision. (Procurement available for an additional charge)

• Material selection. We finalise material specifications, ensuring a cohesive and beautiful aesthetic.

CONSTRUCTION OVERVIEW:

• Coordination. We regularly coordinate with main contractor and all stakeholders involved to ensure the project runs smoothly.

• Site visits. Regular site visits (number to be agreed upon) allow us to monitor progress and address any concerns.

• Snag-free completion. We meticulously inspect the finished space to guarantee it meets your expectations before handover.STYLING:The finishing touch. Our meticulous attention to detail ensures a flawless final design. From artwork placement to furniture arrangement, we refine every element for an extraordinary space.

This comprehensive approach ensures a smooth and successful design journey, delivering an extraordinary final space that reflects your unique vision and values.

To optimise the integration of our services, we recommend engaging us as early as possible in the design journey. This could be concurrently with the appointment of your architect or approximately 6 months prior to the commencement of construction, this might need to be longer depending on the project's scale. By doing so, we can seamlessly collaborate with your architect and other contractors, ensuring the best possible outcome.

To guarantee the highest level of creative input and dedicated attention, we limit the number of projects we undertake at any given time.

Your project is one-of-a-kind, so our pricing is too. We believe in full transparency, which is why we provide fixed-fee proposals. After our initial call and then a visit to your property (if the project is on an existing space), we'll present a customised proposal outlining project phases and associated costs.

Fees may only adjust if the project scope changes, and we'll always inform you beforehand.
